What You’ll Do:
- Build and execute annual & campaign-level media strategies
- Define media mix, budgets, reach & frequency targets
- Lead TV & OOH buying, negotiations, and special projects
- Monitor performance (CPM, CPA, ROAS, SOV, GRP/JRP)
- Optimize placements based on data & competitor analysis
- Manage agencies and vendors
- Ensure on-time, high-quality campaign launches
You’re a Strong Fit If You Have:
- Solid experience in media planning & buying (TV, OOH mandatory)
- Strong analytical mindset and budget management skills
- Understanding of brand & performance metrics
- Knowledge of GRP/JRP, Share of Voice
- Advanced Excel / BI tools
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience 2-3 years
First 6 Months Expectations:
- Deep competitive analysis and market benchmarking
- Clear 1–2 year media strategy
- Strong partnerships with contractors
- Full ownership of media direction
- Measurable contribution to GMV and brand awareness
