We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist dedicated to supporting one of our key business areas, responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for both professional and operational roles. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the company attracts and hires the right talent to support our growing operations and drive organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition approval to offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates via multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals).
- Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure cultural and professional fit.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment procedures, KPIs, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with People & Culture to support onboarding and successful integration of new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in large-scale operational environments.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and HR systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
- Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
- Result-oriented, detail-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
