Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist dedicated to supporting one of our key business areas, responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for both professional and operational roles. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the company attracts and hires the right talent to support our growing operations and drive organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition approval to offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates via multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals).
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure cultural and professional fit.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment procedures, KPIs, and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture to support onboarding and successful integration of new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in large-scale operational environments.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and HR systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
  • Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
  • Result-oriented, detail-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
