Conditions:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Oil & Gas sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential new suppliers to expand the supplier base.
• Procure goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and conditions.
• Discuss pricing, product quality, deadlines, expectations, and technical specifications with suppliers.
• Collect price quotations from local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate with suppliers and optimize pricing.
• Coordinate import and customs processes with the logistics team.
• Execute procurement operations in the ERP system.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Participate in tender,bidding and MRO processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Industrial sector (mandatory).
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience in procurement 
• Fluent in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani (both written and spoken).
• Fast, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with large industrial companies.
• Strong communication skills with international brands.
• Knowledge of customs and logistics procedures.
