Job Purpose
- To achieve the Company’s sales targets, attract new clients, expand the existing client portfolio, and build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Actively search for and attract new clients (B2B and/or B2C).
- Develop and implement sales plans.
- Organize regular meetings and conduct presentations.
- Prepare commercial proposals and conclude contracts.
- Ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain continuous communication with the existing client base.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
- Measure and increase customer satisfaction.
- Resolve disputed matters promptly and effectively.
Analytics and Reporting
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales forecasts and present them to management.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate work effectively with other departments.
- Represent the Company at events and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field).
- A minimum of 2–3 years of practical experience in the sale of oil equipment within the oil and gas sector.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication is mandatory).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for business trips.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
