Job Purpose

  • To achieve the Company’s sales targets, attract new clients, expand the existing client portfolio, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Actively search for and attract new clients (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Develop and implement sales plans.
  • Organize regular meetings and conduct presentations.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and conclude contracts.
  • Ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain continuous communication with the existing client base.
  • Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
  • Measure and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve disputed matters promptly and effectively.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and present them to management.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate work effectively with other departments.
  • Represent the Company at events and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field).
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of practical experience in the sale of oil equipment within the oil and gas sector.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication is mandatory).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for business trips.
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred).
