Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing creative concepts, campaigns, and strategies.
- Leading the creative team (designers, copywriters): set tasks, control the execution, support team's professional development.
- Collaborating with marketing and digital teams to create integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Generating ideas, developing concepts, and presenting them to clients.
- Ensuring the quality of creative materials and compliance with brand standards.
- Working with production teams, vendors, and partners to bring ideas to life.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of creative campaigns and making improvements.
- Tracking trends in marketing, advertising and branding, and introducing new creative tools into the agency’s workflow.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in creative and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
- Developing creative strategies and campaigns.
- Team management.
- Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and branding.
- Experience working with local and global brands.
- Presentation and idea pitching skills.
- Education: marketing, advertising, or related fields.
- Languages: Azerbaijani, Russian, English (for communication with international clients).
