Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Bloom Group, you will take a leading role in shaping the visual language of our clients’ brands. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-impact creative solutions, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring design excellence across all projects. This role requires strategic thinking, advanced design skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, modern, and brand-driven visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptual development and execution of visual ideas for marketing campaigns, brand identities, and large-scale creative projects.
- Create high-quality digital assets from scratch, including social media visuals, website materials, online ads, presentations, and other digital marketing materials.
- Design print materials such as outdoor advertising, POSM items, brochures, and event branding, ensuring production-ready quality.
- Adapt, localize, and upscale global creative materials while maintaining brand consistency and elevating visual impact.
- Develop sophisticated brand identity systems, including logos, visual guidelines, typography systems, and full brand books.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Digital, and Account teams to deliver cohesive and strategic visual solutions.
- Oversee preparation of final files for production and publishing, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Participate actively in creative brainstorms, contributing bold ideas and driving innovative solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new tools, and best practices to ensure the team’s work remains modern, competitive, and visually compelling.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or basic web/UI design principles.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise across branding, digital design, print, and campaign visuals.
- Advanced understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to visual excellence.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present creative ideas clearly.
- Team-player with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
- Strong understanding of brand identity systems and multi-channel visual consistency.
