As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee marketing campaigns.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and overseeing marketing projects. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams while also ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, evaluate, and respond to client inquiries, aiming to convert them into successful collaborations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and marketing objectives.
- Prepare cost estimates, develop project budgets, and monitor their implementation.
- Track all client requests and manage ongoing projects using internal tools and systems.
- Manage project documentation flow.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including digital, creative, and events to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, account management, community management, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and social media engagement tactics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with clients and online communities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client and community needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent communication in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (for communication with international clients) is required.
- Experience of working with global brands is an advantage.
