Department: Finance
Reports to: ERP Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing and monitoring various operations in the company’s main ERP system, Nebim V3;
- Creating, activating/deactivating user accounts in the ERP system and assigning appropriate authorizations;
- Enabling and monitoring employee discount functionality within the system;
- Granting access permissions to Remote Desktop (RDP) virtual machines, automating certain processes, and ensuring security control;
- Integrating label printers and other peripheral devices with the system and performing calibration tasks;
- Monitoring the accurate entry of goods into the ERP system, setting prices, and distributing them across stores;
- Adding newly arrived local products into the system and ensuring their proper placement across sales channels;
- Writing simple queries in MSSQL Database and generating reports;
- Integrating and automating reports from partner platforms such as Umico, Wolt, etc., into the system;
- Ensuring synchronization and providing technical support for V3Store mobile and web platforms with the ERP system;
- Configuring and adapting mobile devices for compatibility with the system;
- Implementing and testing version updates of the ERP system (Nebim V3);
- Responding to and promptly resolving technical and system-related requests from stores and the office on a daily basis;
- Maintaining internal documentation and operational procedures related to the ERP system in line with standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of IT experience (IT Support, Helpdesk, or ERP Administration).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MSSQL (ability to write queries, generate and integrate reports).
- MSSQL certification (preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems (Nebim V3 or similar platforms is a strong advantage).
- Familiarity with hardware/software integration (printers, mobile devices, RDP, etc.) is an advantage.
- Language: Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Turkish; Basic English required.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities with quick response to technical issues.
- High attention to detail, especially in pricing, stock accuracy, and reporting.
- Good communication skills for supporting office and store staff.
- Ability to document procedures and follow IT standards.
- Team-oriented, adaptable to a fast-paced retail/ERP environment.
Working Conditions and Benefits:
- Work Hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday
