Reports to: CFO
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP System Management and Optimization:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the ERP system, ensuring functionality aligns with business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP system, collaborating with IT and vendors as needed.
Power BI Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards based on top management’s specifications, ensuring that data is accurate, timely, and insightful.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Design and implement data models within Power BI to provide meaningful insights into ERP data and other business KPIs.
- Conduct ongoing analysis to identify trends, outliers, and actionable insights, providing management with reports and recommendations.
Data Integration and System Customization:
- Integrate data from the ERP system with Power BI, ensuring smooth data flow and compatibility between systems.
- Work with IT and external vendors on system upgrades, module integrations, and any necessary adjustments to support Power BI reporting.
Data Governance and Quality Assurance:
- Monitor data quality and completeness and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies regarding sensitive data within the ERP and Power BI platforms.
Project Management and Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the point of contact for ERP and Power BI-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with top management to clarify reporting needs, update on project progress, and present findings.
- Provide ongoing support to management by adapting reports, dashboards, and data sources based on shifting priorities and business requirements.
Pricing File Management:
- Develop and prepare detailed pricing files for brand managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and pricing strategies.
- Re-check all pricing information for errors or inconsistencies before uploading it to the ERP system.
- Upon final approval from the brand manager and CFO, upload the confirmed pricing files to the ERP system, maintaining a record of all adjustments and approvals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP system administration (experience with specific ERP software is a plus).
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is desirable.
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI, including report creation, data modeling; experience with SQL queries for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
