Department: HR Department 

Reports to: HR Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct employee performance assessments, provide feedback, and track progress toward goals.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs (e-learning, workshops, etc.) for employee development.
  • Define, monitor, and assess employee KPIs to align with business objectives.
  • Create personalized learning paths to support career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and track employee development.
  • Manage the training budget efficiently, prioritizing impactful training initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the travel budget for the upcoming year, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Oversee staff discount and partner discount programs.
  • Provide and manage voluntary medical insurance options for employees.
  • Address salary discrepancies, administrative concerns, and other HR-related matters.
  • Grade employees based on performance and competencies, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations.
  • Promote and manage HR branding to enhance company culture and improve employee engagement.
  • Follow and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and support organizational consistency.
  • Implement effective succession planning to ensure readiness for critical roles.
  • Develop and manage talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Foster employee engagement through targeted programs and initiatives to increase retention and job satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
  • Around 3 years of experience in human resources, employee performance management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing employee performance assessments, tracking KPIs, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Experience in budget management, particularly in the areas of travel, training, and HR-related expenses.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems.

Working Conditions and Benefits:

  • Work Hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday
