Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels content for sports brands.
- Develop innovative content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and challenges.
- Monitor analytics to assess content performance and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce viral campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to feedback, and build a strong community.
- Experiment with new video formats, effects, and editing techniques.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency.
Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of social media content creation experience, especially for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Skills:
- Proven experience in TikTok/Reels content creation.
- Strong video production, shooting, and editing skills.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends and viral content.
- Creativity and innovation in content strategy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Technical Proficiency:
- Video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
- Social media analytics (TikTok Insights, Instagram Insights, etc.).
- Understanding of hashtags, SEO, and digital marketing tools
Language: Proficiency in Azeri; knowledge of English or Russian is a plus.
