Job responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain performance and efficiency.
- Manage inventory and supplies; ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, work schedules, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani; knowledge of English and Russian is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge (for staff scheduling and reporting).
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Flexibility to work shifts
