Job Description:

• Bridge Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist  to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and assist in financial reporting processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage 
• Previous experience in financial reporting within the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred. 
• F3 qualification is required, F7qualification is an advantage  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bookkeeping services, including recording financial transactions and maintaining the general ledger
• Record vendor bills daily in accordance with the e-qaimə list
• Reconcile suppliers’ e-qaimə with handover notes
• Record bank transactions on a daily basis
• Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements
• Perform periodic intercompany balance reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial budgets
• Ensure all financial figures are supported by proper documentation and approvals
• Prepare ad-hoc reports based on requests from senior team members
• Participate in inventory counts
• Perform ad-hoc fieldwork as required
• Reports directly to the Cluster Manager
