Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education,
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and labor relations;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word;

- Analytical thinking and ability to work with reports.

Job Responsibilities:
- Registration, updating, and termination of employment contracts in the EMAS system;
- Accurate entry and regular updating of employee information in the system;
- Timely input of changes in employees’ positions, salaries, and other key indicators into the system;
- Monitoring the probation period of employees and taking necessary actions;
- Registration and approval of annual leaves in the EMAS system;
- Accurate recording of sick leaves and paid/unpaid leaves in the system;
- Reflecting business trips, temporary incapacity for work, and other cases in the EMAS system;
- Collecting employees’ leave applications and processing them in the system;
- Ensuring that employment contracts are prepared in compliance with legislation and correctly registered in the system;
- Preparing and submitting documents in accordance with the requirements of state authorities;
- Preparing reports from the EMAS system on staff numbers, recruitment, termination, and other indicators;
- Monitoring the duration of employment contracts and ensuring their timely renewal.
