Bridge Travel is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Travel Operations & Sales Manager to lead and manage tourism operations, visa services, and sales development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in operational execution, business growth, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and sell inbound and outbound tour packages.
- Manage hotel, flight, transfer, and related travel bookings (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Develop customized offers for corporate and individual clients.
- Build and maintain B2B and B2C partnerships.
- Monitor service quality and prepare operational reports.
- Research and stay updated on visa procedures and requirements of various countries.
- Collect, review, and coordinate visa application documents.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa centers.
- Ensure accurate completion and follow-up of visa applications.
- Prepare visa process statistics and reports.
- Resolve visa-related issues efficiently and propose alternative solutions when necessary.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans.
- Build and expand the client portfolio.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new markets and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct active sales via calls, meetings, social media, and corporate communication.
- Represent the company at international fairs and business events.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Tourism, International Relations, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tourism and/or visa services.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Solid understanding of international visa regulations.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Experience in corporate communication and business correspondence.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Leadership mindset, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
Working Conditions
- Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
- Working schedule: 5 days a week (09:00 – 18:00)
