Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales of our medical devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities in the physiotherapy and rehabilitaiton medicine sector.
- Present, promote, and sell medical devices to clinics, private and public hospitals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Operate with CRM system, customers database.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Degree in Medical or Biology sciences is an advantage
- 1+ years of sales experience in the medical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in various locations within Azerbaijan.
- Hard skills: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, understanding of CRM system.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani language. Knowledge of English or Russian is required.
Basic salary (NET): 1,000 AZN (discussable during 2nd stage of interview). Bonuses: details during 2nd stage of interview.
