We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Communication Manager to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the retail processes in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with the partner companies in Europe to develop and execute customer orders and goods delivery to Azerbaijan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency with the ordering process. 
• Monitor and analyze retail communication metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 
• Create and follow up payment and delivery reports
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and optimize retail communication strategies. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field. 
• Proven experience in retail communication roles, with a focus on enhancing customer experience. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Azeri and Russian, with a keen eye for detail. 
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
