Role overview: 

• We are looking for an HSE Specialist to support the setup, systematization, and continuous improvement of HSE processes at Carlsberg Azerbaijan. The role focuses on documentation management, reporting, contractor HSE control, and monitoring corrective actions. 

What You'll be doing:

• Organize, update, and systematize HSE documentation and electronic databases (occupational, industrial, fire, and environmental safety);
• Maintain HSE document registers and control review, revision, and validity periods;
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports (incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, corrective actions, KPIs);
• Monitor implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);
• Create and maintain databases of contractors and contractor personnel (permits, trainings, instructions, qualifications);
•  Cascade information related to accidents, incidents, and hazardous situations within the company and the Group;
• Develop and maintain a database on near misses and accidents for Carlsberg Azerbaijan and track elimination of non-conformities;
• Monitor elimination of identified HSE violations by department heads and responsible persons;
• Participate in HSE audits, inspections, and workplace checks;
• Prepare presentations, analytical summaries, and reports for management;
• Conduct HSE induction trainings for new employees and contractors

What we’re looking for:

• Higher education (preferably in Engineering or related fields);
• At least 3 years of HSE related experience;
• Solid knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards;
• Strong documentation and reporting skills, especially for audits and investigations;
• Confidence in communicating with authorities and internal stakeholders
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English at intermediate level

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under the pressure;
• Detail-oriented and organized;
• Proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate;
• Confident user of MS Office programs
