Role overview: 

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Analytics and Demand Forecasting Specialist to join our Planning team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills who wants to build a career in demand/sales forecasting and supply chain management. 

What You'll be doing:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze historical sales data and market information and prepare demand forecasts for company main brand products;
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and analytical tools (Excel, pivots, trends etc.);
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives, participate in monthly demand review meetings;
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions;
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support management decisions;
• Evaluate the impact of promotions, pricing, and new product launches on demand;
• Support annual business planning and monthly sales review processes;
• Provide insights to optimize inventory levels and improve service performance.

What we’re looking for:

• Higher education in Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field;
• 2 years of experience in analytics, supply chain or related role;
• Good communication skills, comfortable working with colleagues from commercial and finance departments.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large data volumes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and forecasting tools, MOSE (Microsoft Office Specialist Expert) certification is highly preferred;
• Strong communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability);
• fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate
