Role overview: 

We are looking for a leader who will be driving impactful marketing initiatives in the dynamic FMCG industry, develop and implement strategic and tactical trade marketing plans across all trade channels. 

What You'll be doing:

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for on-trade, off-trade, and modern trade channels;
• Conduct competitive market analysis and leverage insights for campaign planning;
• Manage budgets and analyze ROI of promotional activities; 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Brand Marketing, Logistics, and Finance;
• Monitor performance of trade campaigns and provide actionable insights;
• Supervise merchandising solutions and in-store promotional setups;
• Execute field activities including promotional control and market assessment

What we’re looking for:

• Higher education (preferably in marketing, business administration or related fields);
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role within Marketing or Sales in FMCG;
• Strong knowledge of economics, ROI calculation, market research, and merchandising;
• Skilled in project management, negotiation, presentation, and teamwork.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of on-trade, off-trade, and modern trade dynamics methodology of market research;
• Ability to assess sales data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate;
• Proficiency in KPIs, ROI calculations, and post-activity evaluations;
• Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint.
