Main purpose

• CASA is a private culinary arts school dedicated to providing world-class training and education, enabling our students to join industry-leading organizations. We are looking for a creative, results-driven Manager focused on program sales, student recruitment, and marketing. This role will be responsible for managing our digital growth, planning restaurant promotions, leading student recruitment efforts, and developing our brand strategy.

Duties: 

• Oversee and carry out marketing initiatives in print, internet, and events. 
• Manage marketing KPIs, budgeting, and reporting; 
• Oversee social media, website upgrades, and content development; 
• Increase student enrollment and restaurant visibility; 
• Plan campaigns in conjunction with internal teams and outside partners.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• 5–7 years of programme sales and marketing experience, preferably within the hotel or education sectors, including at least 3 years in a management role
• Excellent understanding of branding, social media, and content marketing; imaginative, perceptive, and well-organized
• Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani, Upper intermediate level English and Russian

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Basic understanding of SEO and website content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.) is an advantage.

• Work Hours: Full-time (typically 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for events or activities).
