Employment Type: Full-time (6 days a week work schedule)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Maintain high standards of food, service, and hygiene
- Coordinate with kitchen and administration teams
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory and supplies, liaising with suppliers when needed
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication in Azerbaijani and Russian and good level of English is a plus. - Knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Hospitality or business management degree preferred
Working Conditions:
- Salary- 1200 AZN net
