Responsibilities

• Supervise the company’s cleaning staff, assign duties, prepare work schedules and ensure their implementation.
• Plan and assign drivers’ daily and weekly routes.
• Ensure company vehicles undergo timely technical inspections, monitor their general condition and assigned routes.
• Prepare and supervise drivers’ work schedules.
• Manage and control the company’s fuel cards.
• Keep records of parking cards, manage their usage and ensure proper control.
• Organize and monitor the issuance of work permits required by the Mall via the GIK DOOR system.
• Handle and resolve operational issues related to the Mall.
• Organize warehouse operations, manage warehouse staff, distribute tasks, prepare work schedules and monitor execution.
• Process all Head Office orders through the COINS system (PO requests).
• Organize and manage taxi services, prepare monthly reports and verify incoming invoices.

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in Management or a relevant field).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs (MS Office; experience with COINS and GIK DOOR systems is an advantage).
• High sense of responsibility, proactivity, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a team and manage subordinates effectively
• Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Language skills Advanced level of Azerbaijan. English and Russian languages is preferred
