Job Description:
- Organising sales through phone calls with local and international client databases
- Holding meetings with clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients
- Negotiating and concluding contracts
- Selling additional services (sponsorship packages, marketing services)
- Preparing project (exhibition) concepts
- Developing sales materials
- Processing sales databases
- Promoting projects (preparing and updating corporate website content, organising supporting events, direct mailing and emailing campaigns)
- Collecting payments
- Coordinating work with marketing, technical and administrative departments
- Preparing exhibition reports

Requirements:
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both written and spoken)

- Proven experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet, etc.)
- Willingness to travel within Azerbaijan and abroad
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
