Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Development, Marketing, Administration, or Law
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Marketing & PR, or a Legal background
- Strong understanding of both IT and business principles, including knowledge of technology trends, industry standards, and business processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and vice versa, bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities
- Project management skills to oversee IT project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely, on-budget completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business challenges and identify opportunities for IT-driven innovation
- ERP knowledge—preferably functional SAP skills—is essential for success in this role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to maximize profitability and growth
- Understand business challenges and opportunities in the context of company needs, recommending solutions to improve processes and achieve goals
- Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments
- Monitor industry trends and analyze data to identify growth opportunities
- Lead the development and implementation of solution roadmaps, ensuring successful adoption across the organization and among customers
- Monitor support issue resolution in line with agreed timelines and SLAs
- Prepare and circulate reports as required by senior management and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholder
- Ensure customers have the right technological solutions at the right time and through the most effective medi
- Analyze customer feedback and implement appropriate action
- Think strategically and make well-calculated decisions to drive business success
