We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like SQL, Excel, Python and Power BI/Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, perform in-depth analyses, and support strategic decision-making is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven insights are crucial for success in this role.

Job responsibilities:

• Data Cleaning and Preparation: Perform advanced data cleaning and transformation. Develop scripts for data preprocessing
• Intermediate Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses and statistical evaluations. Use tools like SQL and Python for complex analyses.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards. Develop interactive data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs. Provide actionable insights based on analysis.
• Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency. Implement data quality and consistency checks.
• Learning and Development: Stay updated with basic analytical tools and techniques.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant sphere
• 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics sphere
• Intermediate skills in BI tools for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (Power BI/Tableau).
• Intermediate experience in SQL/Python
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in complex formulas, pivot tables, dynamic dashboards and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of data structures, data cleansing, data validation, data manipulation and software architecture
• Exceptional critical thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Good command of English
