Digital Transformation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Create detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and define requirements for Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Proactively identify and assess automation opportunities, conducting thorough process analysis to determine feasibility and potential benefits, focusing on driving business value and efficiency
Responsible to support ideation sessions for potential RPA use cases with business units, preparing a pipeline and accountable for successful pre-analysis, analysis and closure of agreed projects;
Post-monitoring of deployed RPA projects, maintenance activities and ensuring their sustainable ROI
Responsible to support the governance and tracking RPA program end to end, monitor & report the progress of strategic business targets;
Identify and track new trends in emerging technologies based on customer needs
Liaising with PMO, Portfolio, IT, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
Represent company at different communities and meetings

Knowledge and skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
Previous experience as a Business or Account analyst (experience in IT / Digital Transformation or Consulting industry is an advantage)
Max. 3 years of experience in similar client-facing role, driving opportunities, revenue, and delivery, engaging with different stakeholders
Experience in RPA is a plus (especially Automation Anywhere)
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project management skills, including familiarity with project planning tools and methodologies.
Skills to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Turkish is a plus)
