Job responsibilities:

• Define and document the architecture roadmap, focusing on scalability, integration, and modernization.
• Design and manage an enterprise architecture framework that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Present innovative insights, guidance, and recommendations on market-relevant Enterprise Architecture topics.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders – Architects, Functional leads, experts, project and program managers; drive a spirit of collaboration and teaming while serving as a true trusted advisor.
• Support the shaping, selling, and delivering of strategic enterprise architecture opportunities.
• Develop self and mentor peers and junior team member.
• Assess technology projects based on alignment with organizational goals and potential value.
• Standardize data models, application designs, and integration approaches to reduce complexity and improve interoperability.
• Identify potential risks associated with architectural changes and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address technical issues, ensuring continuity and minimizing impact on business operations.
• Reports to Enterprise Architecture Director.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. 
• Minimum of 4 years experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases. 
• Minimum of 2 years experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations. 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures across the following key areas: Business Architecture, Data and Information Architecture and Governance, Enterprise Architecture Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Planning, Enterprise IT Governance, Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture, Integration Architecture, Security Architecture, Solution and Application Architecture, Technology and Platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years of technology/architecture consulting experience.
• Having Enterprise Architecture industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
