Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced level of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
- Abbility to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Opentext ESD, Zoom, Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills with strong decision-making capability, problem-solving and emotional maturity
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced Environment
Job responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive support and managing the organization’s internal electronic document circulation system
- Work closely with the CDO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Act as the first point of contact for office visitors, greet and receive guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Coordinate all meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
- Edit and complete first drafts for written communications
- Facilitate cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
