Job summary

• Caspian Innovation Center is the central organization for all software and platform development. We build all the technology that powers businesses, from upstream energy production to downstream energy delivery to our customers. We have a variety of teams depending on your areas of interest, including infrastructure and backend services through to customer-facing web and native applications. 
• On a daily basis the IT project manager is in charge of overseeing the budget, reporting on the progress of the job, managing stakeholder engagement, communicating with team members and planning for the upcoming requirements of the project.
• Understands the organization’s larger goals and mission
• Knows how to set team goals that are motivating.
• May provide training, coaching or mentoring, or even a support staff member dedicated to helping project managers with their projects

Job responsibilities:

• Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals 
• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
• Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.
• Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
• Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
• Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.
• Evaluating standards of component products.
• Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
• Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget.
• Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems.
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
• Conducting risk assessments for projects
• Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.

Job reguirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems and Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience 
• 3+ years’ experience in IT industry with broad experience designing, planning, implementing, maintaining, and documenting solutions. 
• Profesional Certificates (PMP, PMİ-ACP, Project Business Analist,  SİMA, and other)
• Software knowledge: SAP ERP systems, SOLMAN, Opentext, SAP Portals (SAP learning hub,  SAP Note portal, Help Portal.,), Request tool, PMIS tools
• Experience in aligning Goals and Timelines, Recognize and manage rewarding and conflicts
• Avanced Project management Resource allocation process, Risk Management Process, Change Management Process skills
• Very good in Management of contracts (preparation, execution), Project Budgeting Process (PMO Analyst, Product Owner, PMO Lead), Project Management methodologies
• Monitoring, Evaluation and Project Performance Metrics
• Very good Communication, Teamwork, Time management and Organization skills required.
