Senior Digital Transformation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Specialist to lead and support our organization’s digital initiatives. This role is responsible for designing and implementing stakeholder management strategies, developing learning journeys, and driving the adoption of digital technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, organizational development, and business analysis, ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions across the company.
Resposibilities:

  • Assess the scope and impact of different digital change initiatives and work on change strategy and approach.
  • Work closely with the program team, sponsor, training teams, end users, and external partners to ensure all stakeholders go through change successfully.
  • Employ various communication techniques, such as simplifying complex information, using visual aids, and adapting language to the audience, to enhance understanding and engagement.
  • Conduct impact, stakeholder, and organization analyses to determine the program’s scope, severity, and receptivity. Use findings as foundation for all change management activities.
  • Create basic change plans that outline key activities, milestones, and timelines are aligned to overall program plans and are designed to guide audiences through the change phases.
  • Engage in open and respectful communication, actively listen to stakeholders' concerns and perspectives, and demonstrate a willingness to collaborate.
  • Ensure learning activities are determined, planned, organised and executed for all stakeholders as per Training Needs Analysis.
  • Follow up and report on adoption objectives, ensure the objectives are achieved, course correct and introduce alternative methods if required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent practical experience (3+ years).
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, organizational development, business analysis with a specific focus on adoption of digital technologies
  • Have fundamental know-how on digital technologies and information technologies such as corporate applications, ERP, AI & ML, hyper automation technologies (chatbots, OCR, process mining, etc), field operations, etc
  • Posses a comprehensive understanding of the organization's digital transformation and business needs.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion..
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • High level of creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative communication solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Agile, or Change Management (PROSCI) are a plus.
