Job Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in Azerbaijani (English language is a plus)
- Education: Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above)
- Work Experience: At least 1 year in call center operations is preferred
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel)
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong telephone communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to log incoming calls into the application
- Capability to analyze problems correctly and direct to the relevant service
- Monitoring timely resolution of inquiries and making follow-up calls when needed
- Completing tasks assigned by management on time
- Clear and accurate pronunciation, good diction, and polite communication skills
- Ability to work with customer service software, CRM systems, and related tools
- Ability to work in shifts
