We are looking for an Experienced Junior Data Analyst who will support the marketing team by analyzing campaign performance, exploring user journeys, and helping turn marketing data into clear, actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience and wants to grow in marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaign analysis across multiple channels
• Assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness, performance metrics, and ROI
• Analyze user journeys, funnels, and basic cohort behavior
• Prepare reports and dashboards for marketing and management teams
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support marketing decisions
• Help identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities in marketing activities
• Work closely with marketing and other non-technical teams to understand business questions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and correct interpretation of marketing data

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role
• Good knowledge of SQL and basic Python for data analysis
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred; others are acceptable)
• Basic understanding of statistics and marketing metrics
• Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience in betting, gaming, fintech, or high-volume transactional businesses
• Familiarity with marketing funnels, attribution concepts, and retention metrics
• Exposure to A/B testing or campaign experimentation
• Experience or interest in working with AppsFlyer (training will be provided)
