Role Description:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Risk Management Specialist located in Baku City. 
• The role involves analyzing enterprise risks, conducting risk analysis, and communicating risk management strategies to stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Monitor and oversee content.
• Identify and promptly address potential issues.
• Track market dynamics and report risks related to price discrepancies.
• Understand product operational principles, identify potential risks, and develop appropriate strategies.
• Evaluate results as needed and prepare related reports.
• Monitor customer activity and manage market commitments.
• Analyze business processes and conduct assessments aligned with business needs.
• Analyze technical data and statistics to make precise decisions.

We would like to inform you that our work schedule consists of the four rotating shifts: Day, Afternoon, Night and Midnight (paid)

During first 2 months the salary will be 400 Azn, after successful probation period salary will be increased to 600-800 Azn. All overtime and Night/Midnight shifts are paid according to Azerbaijan legislation.

Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills, Risk Analysis
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of risk management principles
• Understanding of regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Russian
