Job Requirements:
- Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani (Russian and English are an advantage)
- Education: Higher education is preferable
- Work Experience: Experience in tele-sales is an advantage (experience in sales or customer service is also desirable)
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs and CRM systems
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to present products and services via phone
- Persuasion and negotiation skills to handle objections and close sales
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in shifts
