Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and visionary Head of Marketing to lead and elevate our marketing strategy. This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive the brand forward by integrating traditional hospitality values with modern digital strategies, data-driven insights, and the latest AI tools.

The ideal candidate will bring not only marketing experience in the food and hospitality sector, but also a passion for innovation and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for restaurants, catering services, and chocolate boutiques.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for content, Midjourney for visuals, Canva AI, Google Analytics 4, etc.) to enhance campaign efficiency, content generation, and consumer targeting.
• Integrate modern digital marketing trends including influencer partnerships, storytelling, personalization, and performance-based advertising.
• Create high-quality content across digital platforms: social media, email newsletters, website, blogs, and mobile apps.
• Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to increase traffic and ROI.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to optimize customer engagement and brand positioning.
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics dashboards, making data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, design, and culinary teams to ensure brand alignment and consistent customer experience.
• Build relationships with influencers, PR agencies, and media outlets to expand brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a marketing role; hospitality or F&B experience is preferred.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of AI-assisted marketing workflows (e.g., content automation, chatbot integration, predictive analytics).
• Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and creative mindset with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
