Job Description
The Sales Executive is a professional responsible for setting annual sales targets for the company and working towards achieving them with the support of the Director of Sales & Marketing. The role is based on developing strategies to identify new prospects and sales potential, and converting them into paying customers or clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and social media.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Provide frequent feedback and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock and resources for sales and demonstrations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Collect feedback from clients or prospects and share it with relevant internal departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients and work towards achieving sales targets, thereby increasing business/employment.
- Develop and maintain new business wherever possible from assigned market segments and business sources.
- Attend briefings when required.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ sales and marketing promotions and activities.
- Continuously improve product knowledge.
- Respond to any changes in departmental functions as dictated by the company or hotel.
- Attend training sessions and meetings when required.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a relevant field
- Foreign languages: Russian and English
- Personal qualities: strong communication with clients, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work in a team, accuracy, responsibility, goal orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
