Chenot Palace Gabala hotel is looking for a qualified and experienced Sales Executive.

Location: Gabala, office in Baku

Job Description

The Sales Executive is a professional responsible for setting annual sales targets for the company and working towards achieving them with the support of the Director of Sales & Marketing. The role is based on developing strategies to identify new prospects and sales potential, and converting them into paying customers or clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and social media.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Provide frequent feedback and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock and resources for sales and demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Collect feedback from clients or prospects and share it with relevant internal departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients and work towards achieving sales targets, thereby increasing business/employment.
  • Develop and maintain new business wherever possible from assigned market segments and business sources.
  • Attend briefings when required.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ sales and marketing promotions and activities.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge.
  • Respond to any changes in departmental functions as dictated by the company or hotel.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings when required.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a relevant field
  • Foreign languages: Russian and English
  • Personal qualities: strong communication with clients, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work in a team, accuracy, responsibility, goal orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills
