Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both accounting operations and financial reporting, with advanced proficiency in 1C and Excel. This role requires analytical thinking, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations)
• Ensure proper documentation and posting of all financial transactions in 1C
• Perform monthly closing procedures and account reconciliations
• Monitor and control expenses, accruals, and provisions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet analysis)
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to management
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with TAX and CBAR regulations
• Support internal and external audits
• Improve and maintain internal control processes
• Assist in implementation of financial policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and reporting roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in 1C and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

• ACCA qualification (or progress in F3, F7) is a strong advantage
• Experience in financial systems and automation tools
• Background in fintech or fast-paced environments
