We are looking for professionals who:

• Have a deep understanding of international sea, land, and railway logistics,
• Possess knowledge of carriers and agents in these transport modes,
• Are familiar with Far East, Europe, and Turkey transport routes,
• Can find and manage carriers,
• Are capable of pricing and managing all transport operations,
• Can work efficiently and at a high pace,
• Are fluent in Russian, Working knowledge of English

Responsibilities:

• Calculating and preparing pricing for international transportation;
• Requesting, analyzing, and comparing freight rates from carriers and agents;
• Preparing competitive price quotations for existing and new clients/projects;
• Analyzing transportation routes, transit times, and cost structures;
• Negotiating rates and commercial terms with carriers and logistics partners;
• Maintaining and updating pricing databases and rate sheets;
• Monitoring market trends, surcharges, and seasonal changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international transportation,
• Strong understanding of Far East – Europe – Turkey routes,
• Knowledge of carriers, agents, and pricing structures,
• Fluency in Russian, Working knowledge of English;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• 5-day work week; Working hours: 09:00–18:00
• Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays are days off.
