Location: Azerbaijan, Baku
Salary: 1200 AZN
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the clients desires
- Acting as the clients representative in a firm to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
Requirements and skills:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Sales or Telecommunication;
- 3+ years’ of direct sales / account management experience in IT companies (software, data analytics) or similar companies
- Demonstrate the ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology;
- A proven track record of building long-term relationship with major accounts;
- Ability to explore new opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans;
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing, etc.);
