Key Responsibilities:
- Performing daily administrative tasks and maintaining organized documentation;
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and data entry using office software (MS Office);
- Handling correspondence with foreign partners and responding to international inquiries;
- Learning and applying industry-specific workflows and maritime regulations;
- Executing additional operational tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply);
- Language Proficiency: Azerbaijani: Native/Fluent; English: Advanced (Mandatory for constant communication with international entities); Russian: Proficient (An asset, but not mandatory);
- Age Preference: 18–30 years;
- Experience: No prior experience required (Full on-the-job training will be provided);
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Strong desire to learn, punctuality, and a high sense of responsibility.
Work Conditions & Benefits:
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00;
- Location: Hovsan Port area;
- Salary: 500 - 700 AZN (To be determined based on the candidate's skills and interview results).
