A leading and dynamic holding company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to the CEO to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with top-level leadership and contribute to the strategic coordination and operational efficiency of the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the CEO
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-up actions
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive summaries
- Track and support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
- Ensure timely communication and execution of CEO's priorities
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, executive assistance, or reporting roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Good reporting and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of English, knowledge of Russian is preferable.
