Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and registering incoming external correspondence (electronic and hard-copy letters, documents delivered by courier services);
  • Preparing letters, meeting minutes, and other documentation upon management request;
  • Performing written translations;
  • Organizing internal correspondence and submitting documents for management signature;
  • Organizing telephone negotiations and maintaining management databases;
  • Organizing meetings, conferences, and sessions;
  • Arranging the dispatch of outgoing correspondence via postal and courier services;
  • Taking and preparing minutes of meetings (including conference calls) and business meetings of management outside the company (supervisory board meetings, shareholders’ meetings, management councils, etc.);
  • Organizing the reception of visitors and guests;
  • Providing office supplies and office equipment support;
  • Organizing business trips for management: visa processing, ticket arrangements, hotel bookings, and providing general information about the destination (maps, weather, transportation schedules, company locations, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only;
  • Age: 28–40; 
  • Fluent Russian and English language skills (B2 level);
  • Attention to detail;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Responsibility.

Conditions:

  • 5-day working week;
  • Full-time working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;
  • Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • Salary starting from 800 AZN;
  • Temporary position (for the period of the main employee’s maternity leave).
