Responsibilities:
- Receiving and registering incoming external correspondence (electronic and hard-copy letters, documents delivered by courier services);
- Preparing letters, meeting minutes, and other documentation upon management request;
- Performing written translations;
- Organizing internal correspondence and submitting documents for management signature;
- Organizing telephone negotiations and maintaining management databases;
- Organizing meetings, conferences, and sessions;
- Arranging the dispatch of outgoing correspondence via postal and courier services;
- Taking and preparing minutes of meetings (including conference calls) and business meetings of management outside the company (supervisory board meetings, shareholders’ meetings, management councils, etc.);
- Organizing the reception of visitors and guests;
- Providing office supplies and office equipment support;
- Organizing business trips for management: visa processing, ticket arrangements, hotel bookings, and providing general information about the destination (maps, weather, transportation schedules, company locations, etc.).
Requirements:
- Female candidates only;
- Age: 28–40;
- Fluent Russian and English language skills (B2 level);
- Attention to detail;
- Stress resistance;
- Responsibility.
Conditions:
- 5-day working week;
- Full-time working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;
- Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Salary starting from 800 AZN;
- Temporary position (for the period of the main employee’s maternity leave).
