The ideal candidate for the Branch Operations Manager position should possess strong technical management and organizational skills. They will be responsible for assessing the current condition of equipment and machinery across branches, ensuring their proper maintenance, and taking necessary measures to promptly address technical malfunctions. The candidate should propose improvements for branch equipment, execute major and routine repair plans, and efficiently manage the supply chain process.
Additionally, the candidate must investigate operational issues related to equipment usage, conduct training for drivers on safe driving and fuel efficiency, and oversee the performance of subordinates. They should also analyze warehouse turnover in 1C software, prevent unnecessary orders, and ensure the correct execution of orders within the technical service module.
Furthermore, the candidate should maintain communication with various government agencies (traffic police, transportation inspections, technical supervision, etc.) and manage documentation processes effectively. This individual should be capable of efficiently organizing the management of equipment and machinery, resolving technical malfunctions, and optimizing technical operations within the branches.

- GPS Monitoring – Ensure tracking of equipment and service vehicles via GPS.

Required Qualifications:
- Higher education in Management, Mechanics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 1C and MS Office programs.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is an advantage).
