Location: Masazir
Salary: 600 AZN net + 300 AZN KPI Bonus
Work Schedule:
- 6 days a week
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, providing accurate and timely information
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Document and update customer records in the system
- Meet KPI targets to qualify for performance-based bonuses
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Call Center or similar customer service role (mandatory)
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively
