Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred);
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial management, sales, or business development in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business objectives;
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to enhance decision-making;
• Develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market competitiveness;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare institutions, and stakeholders;
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure agreements align with company objectives;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, pricing policies, and compliance requirements;

Work conditions:

• Work hours 09:00 - 18:00
• Work days 5/2
