Salary: 4000 - 4500 AZN (net)

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure the organization complies with applicable local, state, federal, and industry regulations.
• Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce internal policies and procedures to maintain compliance standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and develop corrective action plans.
• Training and Education: Provide ongoing training to employees on compliance regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Audits and Inspections: Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and reports for regulatory bodies or internal stakeholders.
• Investigate Violations: Investigate any compliance issues or potential violations, and report findings to management, offering solutions for corrective actions.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., legal, finance) to ensure cross-functional compliance with all applicable standards.
