Job Responsibilities:
- Support management in corporate affairs and ensure proper implementation of strategies.
- Ensure correct allocation of resources and time for the execution of new initiatives and corporate projects.
- Coordinate between the various departments of the company.
- Ensure timely and accurate information exchange among the company's employees.
- Organize internal events and meetings, supervise the activities of workgroups.
- Establish communication with government agencies, the company’s external partners, and other stakeholders on relevant matters.
- Coordinate incoming inquiries to the company and respond appropriately.
- Represent the company at various corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
- Provide suggestions to ensure more efficient daily operations of the company.
- Serve as a member of relevant commissions established within the company to address specific issues.
- Prepare and present reports in accordance with relevant requirements.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Ability to prepare reports.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
